DESCRIPTION:
Back in May 2007 Sandu Cultural Media organised a Fan Design exhibition. They invited institutions and designers from all over the world to take part in the exhibition. "Fan is the symbol of traditional Chinese culture that it represents the life style of Chinese people deeply. Since commerce is playing an important role in China today, traditional Chinese culture is fading out of our line of sight. Therefore, we would like to discuss the value of design through the fan design to recall the design industry with traditional cultures."
